These Terms govern your access to and use of the PackSure Shopify app. PackSure provides optional packaging protection and related features. By installing or using PackSure, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate store information and configuring PackSure for your business. Follow applicable laws and respond to customer inquiries related to your store.

Paid plans, if selected, are billed through Shopify and are subject to the fees presented at the time of purchase.

Do not use PackSure for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or interfere with the security or functionality of the service.

We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

You may uninstall PackSure through your Shopify admin. Access may be suspended when required for security or legal reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, PackSure is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
